Apollonia was finally able to release her debut album in 1988. However, the comparatively insignificant collection of R&B/dance songs failed to be a hit with the music-buying public and soon the album vanished out of sight. The following decade saw Apollonia continued to perform as an actress (if a little under the radar), with minor film roles, television appearances and an exercise video. Apollonia's album "Stay With Me" came out in 1997. Then, she went back to the college where she earned an education in filmmaking. Then, she started her own production firm.
