
Amanda Louise Holden, born on the 16th of February, 1971, is an English actress and media personality. She has been a judge in Britain's Got Talent, an ITV talent competition since 2007. Jamie Theakston and Holden co-host the Heart Breakfast radio program on every weekday morning. Holden was born in Portsmouth in Hampshire. She spent the majority of her growing up in Bishop's Waltham. At nine, she joined Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden is also a part of TV credits, including three series with Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham in the show Kiss Me Kate, three episodes of ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield, and a special Agatha Christie episode "4.50 from Paddington" for Boxing Day. Co-starring with Bill Nighy (and Tom Courtenay) in Ready When You Are Mr. McGill, Jack Rosenthal's comedy drama. Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are judges on Britain's Got Talent. She was the judge on Britain's Got Talent between 2006 until the year 2006.
